I’m a 22 year old guy (will be 23 in a few months) and already have wrinkles on my forehead and laugh lines under my eyes. I think it’s probably from being out in the sun too much (either that or stress) because I don’t use tanning beds and I get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water. I’m staying out of the sun more and when I do have to be out in the sun for more than 20 or 30 minutes I put on a good sunscreen or wear a hat and sunglasses.
I’ve heard though that using a moisturizer can help you stop developing wrinkles. Would using a moisturizer help me? Should I apply one daily to my forehead and under my eyes or should I use an anti-wrinkle cream or what? My mom told me I shouldn’t use a moisturizer on my face or I’ll break out. I heard a Vitamen E moisturizers are really good. I bought Sauve Vitamen E lotion last week and have been using it after I dry off as soon as soon I get out of the shower. Should I keep using Suave or maybe get something a little more expensive or not use a moisturizer at all? My face does get extremely dry and rashy in the winter time but should I be using one in the summer too?
