I am only 22 but my eyes make me look 60! A month ago I had to go to doctors because my eyes were so swollen and they said they have eye allergies. They gave me eye drops and better, but below the eyes are so swollen and wrinkled now How can I make this go away. Is there any restriction under a good eye cream? I wonder why I have these at once?

I think it’s probably from being out in the sun too much (either that or stress) because I don’t use tanning beds and I get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water. I’m staying out of the sun more and when I do have to be out in the sun for more than 20 or 30 minutes I put on a good sunscreen or wear a hat and sunglasses.
I’ve heard though that using a moisturizer can help you stop developing wrinkles. Would using a moisturizer help me? Should I apply one daily to my forehead and under my eyes or should I use an anti-wrinkle cream or what? My mom told me I shouldn’t use a moisturizer on my face or I’ll break out. I heard a Vitamen E moisturizers are really good. I bought Sauve Vitamen E lotion last week and have been using it after I dry off as soon as soon I get out of the shower. Should I keep using Suave or maybe get something a little more expensive or not use a moisturizer at all? My face does get extremely dry and rashy in the winter time but should I be using one in the summer too?
