The Best Eye Creams Now Use Stem Cell Research

The best eye cream products out there, now have at their fingertips the use of powerful and groundbreaking science. Stem cell research has lead to eye cream manufacturers figuring out a way to use the regenerative powers of apple stem cells to erase years from around the eye areas of users. This article looks into the concept of using stem cells in eye creams, and how it might greatly benefit the consumer.

The debate about stem cells has raged on for years. What is ethical use of stem cells, what is unethical? The questions are still debated from time to time, but what has never been debated was the effectiveness of the ingredients. The simple truth is that the use of stem cells does work and work well beyond even our most astounding wishes. This research holds true in the anti wrinkle, anti aging industry as well, as an award winning stem cell ingredient has finally made its way into the eye cream world.

This is exciting news to those of us in the business that have been waiting for mainstream America to be able to witness the powers of these little cells. Having studied the in vitro testing and result, scientists and skin care specialists have agreed, this new ingredient has changed what we now come to expect from wrinkle removal treatments. A wrinkle is nothing more than a wound, an injury that needs to be healed; so the use of stem cells simply aids the rate at which that healing is done.

Simply, may of course be the understatement of the year, as there is nothing simple about the process. And rather than risk losing you, I’ll break it down a bit so that us humans can comprehend. Essentially your skin as an organ, has a regenerative process that it goes through to heal the surface layer wounds such as wrinkles and fine lines. This process is essentially regenerative skin cells divide making more new regenerative skin cells. This is what keeps your skin looking young. But as you age this process slows as well as the fact that each cell can only divide a certain number of times before they stop. So as you age it grow incrementally harder for you to heal wrinkles.

Now, stem cells have certain abilities that are very useful in the healing process. They can adopt the behavior of any cell, meaning that you could apply stem cells to the regenerative cells and create new regenerative cells. This would not only increase the number of cells there to divide, it would also speed the process in which the skin would actually heal itself. This used continuously would keep your skin in a constant state of regeneration, making it more difficult for wrinkles to develop. Obviously, this is cause for some significant excitement.

This excitement is magnified, now, by the fact that it is being released to the public in the form of a new eye gel. This eye gel, certain to be a nationwide bestseller, is set for release in just a few weeks. This eye gel has utilized the award winning apple stem cell research to incorporate PhytoCellTech, the amazing stem cell ingredient used in the treatment of wrinkles. This ingredient has grown steadily in popularity among specialist due to the fact that it works very quickly and very rapidly. This inclusion in one of the country’s most popular product lines is going to change the expectations of consumers everywhere.

The fact that the average household will now be able to take advantage of stem cell research at an affordable price, is going to change everything. Customers who have used wrinkle creams or other anti aging products will now have their "eyes opened" as to the potential of topical anti aging treatments. Results and popularity will certainly climb and climb quickly until stem cell research is a part of almost every anti aging product on the market. It is this type of innovation that has this once stagnant industry, now growing at an unprecedented pace. The time has come for a brand new take on aging, and to all you consumers out there who have always been skeptical of how well an eye gel can work, buckle up, because these results will make you dizzy. This ingredient is the real deal, when you are ready make sure you look for an Eye Regenerative Gel containing PhytoCellTech and the prepare yourself for a difference.

The author seeks groundbreaking science in eye creams and wrinkle creams, and reports on many blogs, his reviews and opinions. The best eye cream solutions he has found and reviewed have helped many customers find the best wrinkle or eye cream for their money.

Sandpaper Your Skin To Get Rid Of Wrinkles And Acne Scars

Dermabrasion, microdermabrasion and their alternatives. How to beat acne and wrinkles.

Would you like to get your face sandpapered?
It sounds senseless — as bad as injecting toxins into your face to erase wrinkles a.k.a. botox. Yet, like botox, it works.

That in a crux is what dermabrasion is all about. Sandpapering your face in the name of beauty.

I’m not suggesting that you go to a hardware store to buy sandpaper to slough your face with. Dermabrasion is a surgical procedure which should be done by a qualified surgeon. It carries the risk associated with any surgery. An anaesthetic is used, and there’s always the possibility of infection.

Dermabrasion is a drastic way to reduce acne scars and to smoothen away wrinkles.

The top layer of skin is sloughed off to reveal younger, softer, smoother skin beneath. First, the surgeon applies a local anaesthetic. Then the surgeon uses an abrading instrument to "sandpaper" the skin in circular motions.

There is a risk of scarring should the skin be abraded too deeply. In some cases, discolouration can occur. Hence, the surgeon’s skill is important. The surgeon has to abrade deep enough to make a difference, but not so deep as to scar the patient.

After the procedure, the skin is treated like a wound. The patient would generally take 7 to 10 days to recover after the dermabrasion. The skin would feel sunburned and may be slightly swollen, bright pink and uncomfortable for a few days after the treatment. The final results can be dramatic. Especially on fine lines on the mouth and other deep wrinkles that come with aging. Acne scars, especially the ones left by cystic acne might not be completely removed through dermabrasion. Still, dermabrasion can soften the scars and reduce their appearance. Skin discoloration can be effectively removed with dermabrasion. For details, check with the surgeons you are considering for the procedure and request to see before and after photos of your surgeon’s work.

Dermabrasion might be too drastic for some people. There’s a gentler alternative, known as micro dermabrasion. Both Dermabrasion and micro dermabrasion require repeat treatments for optimal results as well as to maintain the results.

In Micro dermabrasion, micro particles are blasted onto the skin to slough off the dead skin cells and reveal the younger skin beneath. It is like sandplasting a surface smooth. Alternatively, a diamond tipped device may be used instead of crystal so slough off the top layer of the skin. The effects, though not as dramatic as dermabrasion, are excellent for treating acne as well as making the skin smoother. Micro dermabrasion is basically very efficient exfoliation. It treats acne at its root – by unclogging the pores. It also works on fine lines and wrinkles.

Basically, both dermabrasion and micro dermabrasion are forms of exfoliation, albeit more drastic. Hence, you can have your own home microdermabrasion treatments with home dermabrasion kits. These are safe if you follow the instructions exactly and use them no more than once a week. The results are milder than microdermabrasion, but then again, home microdermabrasion done carefully, following the instructions exactly is safer than salon microdermabrasion in the hands of an inexperienced person.

If You’re Fighting Wrinkles, There is Hope

Many women, and yes even men, find themselves fighting wrinkles every day. No one really wants to get old or even look as if they’re getting old. And of course the face is one area that shows the signs of aging more so than virtually any other part of the body. While gray hair can be dyed and brittle bones hidden behind clothes, the face is something we show to the world every minute of every day. But if you’re someone that is fighting wrinkles, take heart because there is hope!

Medical science is always applying itself to new solutions and new products every day, and not just for real medical issues either. Dermatologists study, not just acne and rashes and scars, but issues that have to do with aging. They are always coming up with new and improved products for those that are fighting wrinkles.

And what doctors and biologists are finding out to be true is that the natural ingredients are the best. In the past, harsh chemicals and additives were marketed as so-called wrinkle creams, but many of them did nothing but irritate the skin and cause breakouts and rashes. In today’s battle of fighting wrinkles, creams and other products are more likely to have ingredients that sound like your grocery list than anything else!

For instance, many swear by green tea extracts in their quest for fighting wrinkles. Green tea is said to be a natural stimulant for skin, causing it to rejuvenate and revitalize itself. It can also act as an anti-inflammatory, meaning that if you also experience puffiness such as under the eyes, this can help calm and soothe such areas.

Retinol is another common weapon in fighting wrinkles, and retinol is really just a fancy name for a Vitamin A complex. Most skin creams also contain mixtures of Vitamin C and E, both believed to be healthy for the skin. Vitamin C is a natural anti-oxidant, meaning that it helps the body to fight off elements that harm healthy cells. Vitamin E is a natural moisturizer, and many use pure Vitamin E oil as a way of fighting wrinkles on their hands.

Of course, there are other ways of fighting wrinkles, from chemical peels to Botox injections. Face lifts are also becoming more and more common, as doctors are finding less invasive and harsh ways of doing this. Partial face lifts are helpful in fighting wrinkles around the neck area, as this just firms the skin on the lower part of the face and makes the chin and neck area more smooth.

And taking good care of your skin is of course the most important step in fighting wrinkles. Use sunscreen every day, exercise regularly to keep your blood circulating, and stop smoking if you do. All of these basic but necessary steps can go a long way toward making your skin appear younger, firmer, more radiant, and in fighting wrinkles for a liftetime.

Always consult your doctor before using this information.

Botox Cosmetic Injections for Facial Wrinkles

Botox cosmetic injections are an effective treatment for facial wrinkles. Botox cosmetic injections promise great results in patients having migraine headaches as well.

Botox cosmetic injections are a true blessing for those who wouldn’t like to go the surgery way to diminish their facial wrinkles. Botox injection treatment aims at rendering inactive those muscles which produce wrinkles. Though only a temporary treatment, Botox injections offer the advantage of no downtime; daily activities can be resumed immediately after the procedure.

About Botox

Botox is the botulinum toxin type A in a much purified form. It is the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum that turns out this toxin.

Botox Treatment – The Procedure

With the help of a small, thin needle; the doctor injects minute doses of Botox into particular muscles. Individual treatment is done on the underlying hyperdynamic muscles. Care is taken to paralyze and weaken only those muscles which are the causative factors for wrinkles, furrowing and lining. The ultimate result is younger and less tired skin.

Factors like the facial features, the specific region being treated and the degree of wrinkling would determine the quantity of injections required for a particular patient.

Areas Effectively Treated

Areas which the Botox treatment can prove effective for include:

Crow’s feet
Glabellar furrow
Neck bands situated on the underside of the chin
Forehead lines
Wrinkles surrounding the upper lip

Short Term but No Severe Side Effects

The results of the injections are usually noticeable within a week’s time and would remain for 3 to 6 months after which repeat injections would be required. Complications and side effects like minor bruising, redness, nausea and headache are a possibility after Botox treatment. Severe side effects however, are rare. To minimize the incidence of side effects, it is of utmost importance that the patient gets the treatment done only by a professional doctor.

Though the FDA has only approved Botox cosmetic injections for improving facial wrinkles, this treatment promises great results in patients having migraine headaches, and too much armpit or hand sweating.

What Wrinkles Won’t Tell You About Skin Care

Wrinkles were at one time considered a fact of life. A sign of aging that just had to be dealt with. Scientific advancements, however, have given consumers the option of fighting back, and in many cases wiping those wrinkles right off their faces. This article will take a look into the new developments that are scaring wrinkles into running and hiding.

The treatment of wrinkles is a study that not only many scientists have focused on in recent years, but more and more consumers have joined the investigation as well. The more successful these treatments have become the more people have become interested in them. From ways to prevent wrinkles from forming, to the latest method for healing them, there is plenty that wrinkles don’t want you to know.

We all know that aging is inevitable, at some point our skin will wrinkle and sag beyond repair. But in recent years scientists have discovered ways to dramatically delay this process, keeping women and men looking younger for years longer than previously thought possible. The lengthy and ongoing study of aging has led to quite a few new revelations in the anti wrinkle market, and consumers are starting to reap the benefits.

The most revealing aspect of this progress is understanding what a wrinkle is. By understanding this, we have begun to deduce the best ways to not only prevent wrinkles, but also heal them. A wrinkle is nothing more than a wound. A creasing of the skin caused by older skin cells that lack the elasticity or collagen to heal itself. The older you are, the less new skin cells and collagen that you produce. This loss in production leads to wrinkling. Newer skin cells are naturally more elastic and as long as we continue to produce these cells, we will continue to produce the collagen necessary to keep our skin looking toned and young.

So as we age, it is necessary to continuously stimulate the growth of these cells in order to counteract the natural signs of aging. The problem is that we generally do not recognize that we need to start this supplementation until we already can see wrinkles, making it a bit more difficult to fix. Scientists discovered that ingredients called copper peptides actually work on the lowest levels of your skin to stimulate and inspire new cell growth as well as collagen production. By incorporating these ingredients in the proper concentration, wrinkle creams were able to demonstrate tremendous results in the battle against wrinkles.

The most documented of these peptides are Matrixyl (not to be confused with the generic Matrixyl 3000) and Renovage. These two ingredients are clear leaders in the anti aging market and provide documented results to the fact that you can, in fact, defeat wrinkles. While nothing is going to stop wrinkles forever, these amazing ingredients will certainly delay the process. What is also intriguing about these copper peptides is that they actually lessen the length and the depth of existing wrinkles, allowing for your skin to heal itself.

There are many products out there that claim to reduce the signs of aging, but all they are is a simple lifting agent. This may swell your skin for a limited time, giving the appearance of removing the wrinkle, but there is no long term healing or prevention that occurs. It is simply a short term solution, but in the long run, wrinkles prevail. While the claims these products make to provide instant results is alluring, it is not the solution to the battle on wrinkles. Using a lifting agent can, however, be used in conjunction with other more powerful ingredients to help smooth out your skin while it is treated but by itself, it does you no good.

The best products will contain the copper peptides mentioned above and will usually contain them in a concentration of 3%. Any more than that will be a bit too strong for daily use and anything less, will not provide the level of results you want. You may find these ingredients in anything from a wrinkle smoothing cream to an age defying serum, and if you are lucky you can find them in a complete rejuvenation system. These systems, if containing the proper ingredients, are the most amazing, most productive products available in the anti aging market, and clearly something that wrinkles do not want you to know about.

How Does Botox Compare To Wrinkle Creams?

Want to know how wrinkle creams compare to Botox? Then find out in this article right here.

At one point in time we are all faced with wrinkles and fine lines. Luckily for us, there are a variety of treatments like wrinkle creams and Botox but choosing the right one for you might be a bit more confusing. This is why it can be beneficial to know why wrinkle creams outweigh Botox. Take a moment to really think about it. We do many things to help our body rid harmful toxins; cleansers, creams and antioxidants are just a few of those things. Would you really want to inject a toxin into your body to remove those wrinkles when you try so hard to get rid of all toxins? Botox is also invasive. Wrinkle creams aren’t and you won’t have the worry of putting more toxins into your body if you use a wrinkle cream. You also receive the same results.

1. Botox side effects

All procedures usually include side effects and some that you might experience with Botox are; bruising, rash, itching, hot flashes, flu like symptoms, paralyzed muscles, drooping eyelids, pain, difficulty closing the eyelids and even nerve dysfunction. These are just some of the possible side effects aside from the stiff look your face might have that is very common with Botox procedures.

You won’t have to worry about these side effects using wrinkle creams. Instead, you will be able to reduce your fine lines and wrinkles, even give it a slight lift. Now doesn’t that seem to make more sense than the latter?

2. Injection Costs

Botox is a pretty pricey procedure but wrinkle cream is affordable and has longer term results and benefits. If having Botox you can expect to spend a minimum of $400. For that price you could probably buy a year worth of wrinkle cream. So why not save your money and receive the same great benefits; you will see why you chose a better option by using wrinkle cream shortly after your first application.

3. Botox limited effects

You may not believe that Botox isn’t exactly the answer to an anti aging fix. It is really only approved for small areas on your face like between the brows and maybe your forehead line. Aside from this factor, it doesn’t contact all the wrinkles on your face, in other areas, or other anti aging factors like lack of tone and puffiness. With a wrinkle cream you can combat all anti aging signs on your face.

4. Short-term anti aging results

There are quite a few more benefits of Botox over wrinkle cream. When you use a high quality wrinkle cream you will see almost instant results and the antioxidants continue working to protect your face from all those harmful free radicals. This means you receive long term benefits while your skin continues to look healthier and younger every day. Talk about a wonderful way to get rid of some years! Botox will only give you short term results for the price on injecting those toxins into your body.

Another downside to Botox is you must make an appointment, but it will be more on the doctor’s schedule than your own. You will have to work to fit yourself into the schedule instead of the other way around. Using a wrinkle cream, you use it on your own time, in the morning or night, depending on the directions and then you’re done. You can watch the results form before your eyes and start reaping those benefits of no more wrinkles and fine lines.

And there you have it. It’s always important to love your skin and also take great care of it. Now that you have some comparisons of Botox and wrinkle creams you can begin ridding your face of those lines and wrinkles and let people keep guessing your real age! Find out which

Best Wrinkle Cream: 4 Steps To Finding The Find One That Works

Want to know the 4 step process to find the best wrinkle cream that works? Then find out in this article right here.

Thousands of wrinkle creams available to consumers today all say they can work miracles on your wrinkles and make you look years younger, but how do you tell the difference between the duds and the ones that truly do shed years off your skin?

We’ll tell you right here! There is a simple 4 step plan that will guide you through the process of finding the best wrinkle cream that will have you looking younger in no time at all.

1. Find a wrinkle cream that gives you instant results

Wrinkle creams that work the best need to eliminate your wrinkles. If it is one of the best, you should see results in mere minutes. This is fantastic for consumers because, you don’t have to wait for months and spend hoards of money while you are waiting to see if it works.

In order to give you fast results, wrinkle treatment creams reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles by adding moisture directly to your skin causing the skin in the wrinkle to lift. Other creams use 3D crystals to bend light making the shadow of the wrinkle disappear so you can’t see the wrinkle.

2. Look for results that last

One of the important ingredients to look for in a wrinkle cream is antioxidants. Although wrinkle creams that instantly eliminate your wrinkles are important, it isn’t enough. Stress and free radicals from normal everyday life attack healthy skin causing damage that appears in the form of wrinkles making you look considerably older before your time.

Antioxidants help to stop this process and slow down the damage on your skin by attacking the free radicals. This is a necessary step in the anti-aging process. Unlike hiding the damage caused by free radicals, antioxidants actually reverse the wrinkles themselves and work to prevent further damage from occurring making you look healthy and youthful.

3. Test the product on one side of your face

When you choose a wrinkle cream to try out, only apply it to one side of your face so that you can compare it to the other side. This makes it easy for you to see any results. It sounds simple, but many people often leave this part of the test out. Testing products this way will give you an accurate idea of the results.

During this step, there should be significant results. Your skin should appear years younger because the wrinkles should be gone or at least considerably less. The long-term effects on the other hand, will take time because the antioxidants need to be replenished in your skin first.

4. Compare the first wrinkle cream to another brand

When searching for the wrinkle cream that works best for you, look for another wrinkle cream that also comes highly rated. Then, try them both out so you can decide which one works the best. This way, you get the healthiest, youngest looking skin possible.

So now you know how to use an easy 4 step process to find the best wrinkle cream for your skin. All you need to do now is do your homework and get the creams that will get rid of your wrinkles to find the wrinkle cream that will work the best on your skin.

Wrinkles – The Cure for Wrinkles is in the CAUSE.

Wrinkles are more likely to appear before their time on what parts of the body?

For some women the sheer thought of wrinkles appearing on the face can have a devastating impact on how that particular woman copes with one of natures natural happenings as we age. Not wanting to burst your bubble ladies but if there was a cure for removing wrinkles permanently then why are those women with more money than sense still in possession of wrinkly skin. However, for the women who live in fear of fine lines and wrinkles there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Some wrinkle remedy advertisers – not only mislead women into believing miracles cures do exist but have the audacity to charge for their false information and failing promises of a cure – which in the long run can be expensive leaving you out of pocket and a face full of creases.

Wrinkles are imminent and come to us all in due course, however there are positive ways you can sanction in slowing down wrinkles and fine lines appearing before their natural time. Causes directed towards premature aging of the skin are over exposure to the suns harmful UV rays and smoking. Avoiding causes will certainly help prevent early aging signs along with giving you a healthier outlook on life.

As the years creep up the skin creeps down, meaning the chin. This part of the face is more prone in developing wrinkly sagging skin or droopy flesh around the neck

Every part of the body skin ages in time but more so if over exposed to the sun. Damage brought on by the suns ultra violet rays (photoaging) includes dryness, sagginess, skin growths like keratoses (liver spots) and wrinkles. Unprotected skin can result in a more severe health risk occurring to your well being if skin cancer is caught.

Wrinkles are more likely to appear before their time on parts of the body like the face, neck, back of the hands, and top of the forearms because these are body parts more times exposed to the sun.

Wrinkles come in two categories: fine surface lines and deep furrows. Some proposed wrinkle treatments in general are much more effective for fine lines. But for the less fortunate woman who chose to ignore the warning signs and now wears a mask of deep creases may need more aggressive treatment like having plastic surgery to smooth out her deep wrinkles.

Sometimes and more often than not the cure for fine lines and wrinkles is to stamp out the cause that encouraged them in the first place.

Remember, complexions differ, some skin type’s burn quicker than others. People with light skin and fair hair are more prone to sun damage. Sadly some people inherit early wrinkling. Common sense prevails when under threat from the suns weapons of destruction i.e. skin cancer, sunburn and wrinkles. Protect your self with sunscreen, cover the head, take intervals when sunbathing and keep on topping up with the sun cream

SPF numbers on sunscreen labels refer to protection against UVB radiation (shortwave ultraviolet light, the "sunburn rays"). More and more sunscreens offer protection against UVA radiation (longer-wave ultraviolet light) as well. UVA rays are the ones you get in tanning salons; they may not cause immediate sunburn but do promote sun damage and skin cancer. Are you one of these people who believe have been lucky in the past i.e. avoiding sunburn wrinkles and that death sentence "skin cancer" then remember time will tell where the past may catch up with you.

The numbers are great in people being laid out on a mortuary slab after catching skin cancer where they need never worry over wrinkles again. Worry about wrinkles when you are alive.

You may bet every coroner in the country wears a hat on their head and smothers them self from head to toe in sun protection when out in the mid day sun.

Wrinkle Creams – It Could Be Worse

So many consumers and marketers seem to focus on getting rid of wrinkles and the signs of aging. While society might tell us that we are "supposed" to look as young as possible, it might not be the right mind set to have. This article takes a glimpse into some ideas that just might change your mind about the need to look wrinkle free.

Many people are now buying and consuming wrinkle creams more now than has ever been reported. The reason for this increased popularity is both advancement in the wrinkle cream industry, but also consumers rising insecurity about having wrinkles. Wrinkles are an unavoidable in the long run, but should they be the cause of so much concern? Having wrinkles may not be ideal, but it could be worse.

Think about it, wrinkles simply mean that you are growing old.

Once a sign of a good life and wealthy lifestyle, wrinkles are now considered important enough to wage war against. The battle against wrinkles is one that many women and men are fighting all across the world, and there certainly seems to have no end in sight. We all accept that our age will inevitably increase, and I don’t see people waging war against birthdays, they lie about their age, but not wage war. As a society, it is alarming to think of the lengths that we go to eliminate the signs of aging.

Common thought process says that anyone that dies before their time is a victim and a terrible shame, yet appearing to live longer, is also something to be avoided. In a society of people who apparently want to have their cake and eat it to, specialist advise, it could be worse. Its true…you could be dead. If you are dead, you do not need to worry about wrinkles. Of course you miss out on the lives of your children, you miss out on sharing the twilight of your life with your loved ones, but hey…you don’t have to worry about wrinkles.

When people seem to get too enthralled in the war against aging, many specialists remind these people of the realities of life. And how wouldn’t it be better to spend more years with your loved ones, even if it is a wrinkled existence, than to pass away today, wrinkle free. Aging is not the end of the world, in fact, at some point you need to come to grips with it because you cannot stay wrinkle free forever, not if you live a full life.

So what is it that these specialists advise the rest of us to do when it comes to coping with aging. It is simple, accept it. Simply come to grips with the fact that you are growing old and that this is what happens as you do so. That does not mean you should not treat wrinkles, but do not take it so seriously. Do not wage war.

Waging war adds unnecessary stress, which only worsens the aging symptoms not heal them. Stress is terrible for your skin and should be avoided as much as possible. In addition buy yourself a complete rejuvenation system to treat not only wrinkles but the other signs of aging as well. By utilizing these revolutionary systems, you have employed the very best that wrinkle creams have to offer to treat your skin. When you know that you are using the very best that anti aging has to offer, you are able to relax and understand that you are doing the most that you can to treat the signs of aging. And whatever happens to your skin is otherwise unavoidable. It is simply growing old, which is a lot better than passing away.

So as you feel the urge to fight the battle of aging, and constantly seek out new products to do so, remind yourself that things could be much worse. You are fortunate enough to have lived long enough to have wrinkles and wear them as a badge of honor. Get yourself a complete rejuvenation system, sit back, relax and enjoy this time of your life. You have spent your whole life working to reach this point, don’t waste it worrying about wrinkles…things could be much worse.

Dermal Fillers – Soften Wrinkles and Facial Folds

Dermal fillers that are available in gel form when injected into the skin can soften wrinkles, lines and facial folds.

A Non-surgical Way to Make the Skin Look Young Again

Dermal fillers are the answer for those who don’t wish to undergo surgery to reduce the unattractive signs of aging. As a person grows older, vital components of the dermis are reduced, greatly affecting skin appearance. These components include collagen fibers, hyaluronic acid, and elastin. The skin therefore loses its elasticity and becomes sunken in places. Wrinkles, creases, and folds appear on the skin causing considerable distress to the aging individual. Dermal fillers soften wrinkles, lines and facial folds. They replace the components lost by the skin and enhance facial contour. They offer less downtime.

Restore Lost Volume and Fullness

Dermal fillers return to the face whatever fullness and volume it has lost, creating a youthful look. Available in gel form, they are injected into the skin. They can improve conditions such as the following:

Glabellar lines
Nasolabial folds
Marionette lines
Wrinkles on the forehead

They can also be used to improve recessed scars or a weak chin, and to augment thin lips.

More about Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are available under different brand names such as Juvederm, Hylaform, Radiesse, and Perlane. The patient’s consultant would determine whether a single filler or different fillers used in combination, would be required to achieve the desired aesthetic effect. How long the filler lasts would depend on factors including skin structure, age and lifestyle. Generally, their durability ranges from 3 months to 3 years.

Reactions and Complications

Reactions to dermal filler treatment include redness, swelling, bruising, discomfort and discoloration. The consultant should be notified if these symptoms continue beyond a few days. Possible complications include bacterial infection, ulceration, and allergic reaction but these complications rarely occur.

If you want to appear and feel youthful again, dermal filler treatment would be an ideal option.
